Paritas is unique in that we go beyond the traditional recruitment agency model, usually based on search and selection only, to promote genuine diversity in the workplace. We  have been working for over tow years with employers and employees alike to achieve this.

In 2009 Paritas was recognised for iour work  when we were a runner up in the Jobcentre Plus LEP awards.

What we do?

Paritas provides recruitment services to employers and employees across West Sussex.

We are funded by West Sussex County Council and supported by the
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and NHS West Sussex.

Paritas is an initiative of West Sussex Works.
