Toni Bond is our Paritas Service and Training Manager, a professional with over 35 years exeprience of working in the commercial and public sectors, over 20 of which have included providing group and individual formal and ocational training the the UK and worldwide. Toni has previously been a service-user of Paritas and knows first-hand the experience and barriers faced when returning to the workplace after a period of illness. His enthusiastically positive nature, experience, and understanding of the individual's and the employer's needs ensure that the true benefits of diversity can be recognised and adopted by all. 

Lynne Varney is our Senior Adviser and she has over 20 years experience of providing informatiokn, advice and guidance as a Careers Adviser, Trainer, Assessor, Coach and Mentor. She has worked in employer, community and education settings. Lynne's impressive qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Vocational Guidance as well as a Diploma in Coaching and a Certificate in Managing Lifelong Learning. Lynne's engaging and persuasive presentation style and her insightful assessment of needs ensure that she can effectively motivate both individuals and teams.

Maureen Haywood takes responsibility for our organisation's strategic direction and uses her extensive expertise to produce creative and user friendly web and paper materials for our clients. As well as having 20 years experience as a College and University Lecturer, she has specialised in supporting adults in their work and career decisions. Maureen gained extensive experience of designing and developing web and paper learning support materials whilst working for The Open University. She has also worked for the University of Brighton, where she used her considerable skills to initiate, develop and direct the award-winning Learning Opportunities in the South East Service.

Moira Monk takes care of our infrastructure and manages all budgetary, legal and contractual matters. Her eclectic background, with experience of both public and private sector employment, has enabled our business to quickly grow and flourish as we have got to grips with the minutae of organising and running a community interest company. As well as project co-ordination and management, Moira's most recent experience includes conference and event planning. Moira is often our first point of contact so, if you get in touch, you'll experience her excellent communication skills and reassuring manner.
