Training

The Paritas ‘Mental Health and Employment’ training will provide you with depth and stimulating training to managers.

The ability to support and manage mental health in the workplace has never been more important. The number of people experiencing mental health problems is rising in the UK. The cost to the UK economy is estimated to be over £93 billion.

One day seminar

The training is delivered over one day and explains how mental health impacts upon the workplace. We introduced tools to manage stress and show how your managers can make adjustments that mean your organisation can be a healthy and productive place.

There is a sound business case for wellbeing across workplaces in the UK. It is reckoned that 3 in 10 of your employees will experience some form of mental health problem in any one year.
