Liz's story continued..

Her manager Angela was immensely impressed with how Liz ‘hit the ground running’ when she first joined the team. Liz immediately started performing well above any expectations, and after having previously employed a number of unsuitable temporary staff in the role, Angela was delighted to have found someone as reliable and conscientious as Liz.

When speaking with Liz now she is eager to stress how much she adores her job and the team with whom she works. Her sense of humour has returned, along with her self-confidence. She is now multi-tasking, something that she feared that she would never be able to do again, and is organising herself and others with gusto.

Liz is regulalry requesting her manager Angela to allow her to attend training courses, something which Angela is happy to agree to, and is always looking to learn new skills.
