Synchronise West Sussex
Synchronise West Sussex is a forum for engaging with employers and forms part of West Sussex Works alongside Paritas.
Understanding Business
Throughout West Sussex many employers have difficulty recruiting and retaining suitably skilled people. Synchronise aims to understand the needs of business and bring them together with the potential of employees from social excluded groups.
Community Benefits
Engaging with socially excluded groups enables a business to access individuals from their local community in turn benefiting the local economy, the individual , and enabling the business to better represent its community.
Join Us
Synchronise meets every 2 months across West Sussex. We always welcome new members and in particular employers who would like to share with us how the recruit and the skills they are looking for. Please contact David Cain at paritas if you would like to get involved.
