The Paritas Team members are qualified, professional trainers, having gained significant experience in a diverse range of industries and backgrounds.

Training courses and sessions are provided for individuals and groups, and they are tailored to meet the specific needs of the audience.

We provide training on a scheduled calendar basis and also as part of an individual or employer training plan.

What can we do for SMEs? 

At Paritas we recognise that for small and medium sized enterprises and voluntary sector companies, working time is precious, so all training courses have been developed in a modular format so that they can be delivered to fit in with specific working patterns.

Additionally, training can be provided in the most appropriate locations, including:
